Amelie Endhart
Consultant for small businesses · Business Administration & Communication Psychology · AI Tutor
I help small business owners with succession, change, staffing and using AI. On the side, I study in Kempten and build my own digital products.
About me
I grew up somewhere between the job site and the office. That's where I learned that good businesses are built where people are able to make clear decisions.
Today I combine two perspectives that rarely come together: business administration and communication psychology. With Lech-Impuls, I help small businesses with succession, HR questions and change – the very things that tend to get pushed aside in day-to-day business. At Hochschule Kempten, I work as an AI tutor, helping lecturers use artificial intelligence in ways that actually make sense.
What drives me is curiosity. It took me across Morocco on a motorcycle and through Southeast Asia with a backpack, and it keeps bringing me together with people who think differently than I do.
