About
From the workshop out into the world, and back again.
I grew up in a family craft business, was the first in my family to earn the Abitur (Germany’s university-entrance diploma), and have traveled through 34 countries with a backpack and on a motorcycle. Today I’m studying two subjects at once and helping small businesses through change. Here’s how it all fits together.
- 34countries visited, many of them by motorcycle
- 1stin my family to go to university
- 2degree programs at the same time: business administration and communication psychology
- 2005born in Schongau, now 21 years old

Chapter 1 · Roots
Growing up between glass, job sites and the office
My parents founded Glaserei Endhart, a glazing business in Bavaria’s Pfaffenwinkel region, more than 30 years ago. At our house, work and family were never separate. Around the kitchen table we talked about quotes, employees and customers, and I saw early on what it takes to build something of your own: courage, perseverance and a lot of hard work.
No one in our family had gone to university before. Still, my parents always encouraged me to find my own way. That taught me to go out and find opportunities myself. I still pitch in at the business today, in the office just as much as on the job site.

Chapter 2 · Curiosity
Always looking a little beyond my own backyard
Even in school, I wanted to see more than my class schedule. I organized a two-month exchange to Paris on my own, got to attend lectures at LMU Munich through the “Unitag” program for gifted students, and was student council president in my final year.
What shaped me most was the project seminar “School without Racism – Intercultural Communication,” with a study trip to Sarajevo. Remembrance culture, religion, dialogue: ever since, I haven’t been able to let go of the question of how people from very different backgrounds can get along well. That’s why I still go to conferences at the Akademie für Politische Bildung (Academy for Civic Education) in Tutzing on a regular basis.

Chapter 3 · Setting out
A year I earned myself
After the Abitur, I deliberately chose not to go straight to university. I worked full-time in production at Hochland and used the money to pay for my travels: Southeast Asia with a backpack, India solo on a motorcycle, then four weeks and about 4,000 kilometers (2,500 miles) through Morocco, all planned by myself.
On the road, you quickly learn to solve problems without a plan B, to understand a lot with only a few words, and to open up to strangers. I came back more independent and with a clearer idea of what I want.

Chapter 4 · Arriving
Understanding business, understanding people
I’ve been studying business administration in Kempten since 2024, and I’ve realized that the most interesting questions in companies are almost always human ones. That’s why I added a distance-learning degree in communication psychology in 2025.
I receive the Deutschlandstipendium (a national merit scholarship) for my academic performance, I was part of the Schwaben Innovation Masterclass, including a module abroad in Bergamo, and this semester I started supporting lecturers at my university as an AI tutor.

Chapter 5 · Doing
Something of my own that matters
In 2026 I founded Lech-Impuls. I help small businesses with succession, staffing decisions and change – the very issues I know from my own family. On the side, I’m building digital products, from an online workshop to my own apps.
What drives me is what my parents always lived by: roll up your sleeves, take responsibility, and don’t forget to enjoy life along the way.

Motorcycles
Motorcycles have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve mostly ridden a BMW F 650 GS, an R 1150 R and a Royal Enfield Himalayan. I do minor repairs myself.
Travel
Ideally to places where I don’t speak the language. I get around Europe and the Balkans a lot, and I’ve also been to Indonesia, Colombia and India, where I rode solo on a motorcycle.
Languages
German, English at C1 level, French and Spanish, plus the Großes Latinum (an advanced Latin certificate).
Community
Political conferences in Tutzing, the Wirtschaftsjunioren Landsberg (a network of young business leaders) and lots of conversations with people who think differently than I do.
